Ashlee Dominguez, Acquisitions & Sales Manager

After graduating with a degree in Business Economics and Spanish from the University of California Santa Barbara, Ashlee worked as a housing counselor with a non-profit credit-counseling agency in San Francisco and offered financial education to homeowners nationwide who were facing foreclosure. By working one-on-one with clients over the phone, she provided specific recommendations regarding money management and foreclosure avoidance. Ashlee helped hundreds of homeowners communicate with the loss mitigation departments of their mortgage servicers to submit the required documentation for their workout plans. As the Acquisitions Manager of Buena Vista Solutions she is committed to evaluating each homeowner’s individual situation and explaining all of their options to resolve any real estate dilemma.

Matt Dominguez, Public Relations Consultant

Matt Dominguez graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in organizational communication, and anyone who has met him is not surprised because he excels at communicating. He is a very outgoing person with a knack for networking. Matt attracts attention just by entering the room and people are drawn to him; he is 6’10” after all! He has a wonderful speaking voice and quick wit, and he can naturally engage clients in person and on the phone. Matt lends his innovation and creativity to our marketing campaigns. He is a true people person who is always willing to help others, and he is constantly seeking to improve himself in both his personal and professional life.

Prior to joining Buena Vista Solutions Hank Dominguez worked as Building Maintenance Manager for a local municipality managing numerous construction and maintenance projects for over 17 years. He worked closely with city personnel and outside contractors to complete jobs efficiently and effectively. As the Project Manager of Pacific Sky Homes, Hank creates detailed scopes of work for our team of contractors to streamline renovations, and he takes pride producing high quality move-in ready homes for first time home buyers and homeowners who are looking to upgrade their current homes.

She is a creative and analytical problem solver with effective supervisory and managerial skills who is capable of working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Joan has always maintained and developed good business relationships with customers and vendors, and she is excited to bring those skills to Buena Vista Solutions. Not only does she handle all financial and accounting matters, she is also involved in overseeing our project management.

How does the process work to sell my house?

Once we have some basic information about your property and your situation, we will set an appointment to meet you at the house. During our meeting at the property, we will discuss all of the details with you and will usually make an offer the same day or within 24 hours. If you accept, we will open escrow with a local title company and drop off our earnest money deposit. As the close of escrow date approaches, you will schedule an appointment with the escrow officer at the title company to sign your closing documents. Then, you receive your funds!

What sort of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento region! We can buy your house in its as-is condition, which means you don’t need to do ANY repairs! We love to revitalize communities and customize properties from the ground up, so condition does not matter to us.

What will your service cost me?
